Specialty coffee isn't just coffee – it's coffee at its very best! Independent Q-graders, the official coffee masters of the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association), rate each bean on a scale of 1 to 100. They check everything from color and aroma to consistency and that delicious aftertaste. Does a coffee score 80 or higher? Then it can proudly call itself a 'specialty'.
